Andara Villas is een high-end vastgoed ontwikkelaar en makelaar van luxueuze villa’s en appartementen in Marbella, Spanje opgericht in 2000 door het Nederlandse echtpaar Eric Muller & Paula Tempelaar. Zij kwamen bij toeval in aanraking met onroerend goed, nadat ze in Spanje waren aangekomen met vier kinderen, maar geen geschikte gezinswoning konden vinden. Hierom besloten ze een perceel te kopen en hierop hun eigen droomhuis te verwezenlijken.
Toen ze deze woning net hadden gekocht, hadden ze echter geen idee dat ze deze woning ooit nog zouden verkopen of dat het zelfs een van de vele ontwikkelingsprojecten zou worden die een International Property Award voor ´Beste Villa in Spanje´ zou winnen.
Zo´n 20 jaar later hebben Eric en Paula meer dan 20 luxe villa´s ontwikkeld in Marbella. Andara Villas werkt met een netwerk van eersteklas architecten en juristen en wordt beschouwd als een van de toonaangevende luxe makelaarskantoren in Marbella, Zuid-Spanje. Tot op de dag van vandaag zijn Eric en Paula nog steeds toegewijde en gepassioneerde projectontwikkelaars en vastgoedadviseurs, met een speciaal talent voor het aanleveren van luxe droomhuizen.
