Andara Villas is a family run real estate development company, founded in 1996 by Eric Muller & Paula Tempelaar when they relocated to Spain from the Netherlands.
Eric and Paula fell into developing property by chance. They had arrived in Spain with four children, but couldn’t find any practical homes to suit their family. The solution was to a buy a plot, hire an architect and develop their own dream home.
At the time, they had no idea that they would sell rather than live in this property or that it would be become the first of many development projects to win an International Property Award for ‘Best Villa in Spain’. Buoyed by the accolades and bitten by the property bug, Andara Villas was born, changing their lives forever.
In total, Paula and Eric have lived in 10 beautiful self-developed dream properties in Marbella and today remain committed and passionate property developers and real estate advisors, with a talent for delivering luxury dream homes.
Some 25 years later, after developing over 20 luxury villas in Marbella, Andara Villas works with a network of the first-class architects and lawyers and is regarded as one of the leading luxury real estate firms in southern Spain.
